I grew up in the church and even graduated from Bible College and have always had a good grasp (or so I thought) on the message of the Bible. In my opinion, this book has helped me confirm what I always thought, that something was just not right with what I was being taught from the Bible. Mc Quate researches the Sumerian language (the oldest written language) which is the language from which most of the stories in the Bible have been directly taken when the Jews were in Babylon.Because he does this, he's been able to uncover things that, in my experience (and I'm an avid reader and web surfer), are simply not available anywhere else.Once it is proven to our God-given reason that the Bible is strictly a man-made collection of mythology the mind loses yet another shackle of "revelation" and is soon on its way to full freedom and progress.
He explains things in a way that makes things `click' in your mind and you say, `ahh, now I get it' and I think that's really rare these days.
He explains the real origins of man, where DNA came from, what spiritual significance it has, what lies we've all been told regarding the Bible, the Rapture and more.
Emperor Constantine, who was Roman Emperor from 306 CE until his death in 337 CE, used what motivates many to action - He offered the various Church leaders money to agree upon a single canon that would be used by all Christians as the word of God.
The Church leaders gathered together at the Council of Nicaea and voted the "word of God" into existence.
Some of them were truly thought-provoking, others were less satisfying.
Nonetheless, I didn’t give up my hope of finding a book that would shed light upon some of the hidden messages of the Bible. Mc Quate’s book, “The Tribulation”, which I read in one sit and then went back to re-read the parts that fascinated me and left me wondering.I can't even begin to tell you how much of an impact this book has had on me. I think the fact that the information that the author has written about in this book is coming out now is exactly what the Bible means when it says it is the glory of god to hide things but the glory of kings to discover them. This is an incredible book and reading it will leave a positive impression that will help you make proper choices in these Last Days. A great deal of context that refutes what I have lived and learned throughout my life.Egyptology, originally expected to support the history recorded in the Old Testament, has produced a chronology that contradicts the Bible. You hear about things that are life-changing and shocking, but most of the time it's just a bunch of hype in a world looking for something to make itself feel alive. This book is simply tremendous and made the hair on my arms stand up. If you're looking for the truth, I recommend you get this book now and read and re-read it. Mc Quate, the author of the book has turned my thinking completely around and in doing that, my understanding of the creator is stronger now than ever.Sponsored Products are advertisements for products sold by merchants on
